Summer Season:
From 8:00 AM to 10:20 PM
Winter Season (for information and reservations):
From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Your beach vacation starts as soon as you arrive at Portofelice: if you arrive when the campsite is closed (from 23.30 pm to 07.30 am) you will find two large parking lots and a shady area with benches, gazebos and a pond to wait in total relaxation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS
Our accommodations have fixed arrival and departure days. The designated days are Monday/Friday, Tuesday/Saturday, and Wednesday/Sunday. More information is available on the dedicated accommodation page.
RENTAL SERVICE
The Portofelice beach vacaton resort offers all its guests a rental service where you can find beach umbrellas, sunbeds, bicycles, bycicle seats, rikshaws, firdges, TVs, bed sheets, towels, cribs, high chairs, bed side protections etc.
EXCHANGE SERVICE
The exchange service is available at the Reception/Cash desk, open from 08:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
CASH DISPENSER and OTHER SERVICES
A cash dispenser is available at the Reception/Information Office. Stamps, tokens for washing machines / dryers and also booking service for taxi, tennis, soccer field with artificial turf are available at the Reception-Information Office.
INFIRMARY AND MEDICAL SERVICES
A private doctor is available for consultation from May to the first days of September at the medical studio by the Reception Office for about 30 minutes a day, mainly at night. When not available in the resort the service can be provided on request: the Portofelice personnel will make sure you receive prompt assistance. Anyway, there is a pharmacy in the vicinity of the Portofelice beach resort (800 mts).
WI-FI AND BROADBAND THROUGHOUT THE CAMPSITE
Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite, exclusively outdoors and outside the accommodations.
Some areas may not be covered due to dense vegetation.
HOLY MASS
The Holy Mass will be celebrated close to the playground every Saturday night. The hours are shown close to the little church. Other hours are available at the Reception/Information Office.
LOST & FOUND
The lost & found office is at the Reception/Information Office.
GUIDED TOURS
Guided tours to the many cities of the Veneto region can be booked at the Reception/Information Office to discover the hinterland and the various wine and food itineraries.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKETS
It is possible to buy public transport tickets or see the timetable at the Reception/Information Office

Local weather information for the day is available at the Reception/Information Office.
