Opening Hours
What are the opening times of the reception office for checking in?
The reception is open from 7.30 am to 10.00 pm. It is still possible to arrive after these times, and our night porters will be there to welcome you.
What are the opening times of the cash desk?
The cash desk is open from 8.00 am until 6.00 pm.
Booking
How can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made by telephone or online directly on the Portofelice website.
What is the minimum stay that can be booked? Can I also book for 10-11 nights?
The minimum stay that can be booked is 7 nights; bookings for 10–11 nights are also accepted, depending on the departure date for the accommodation or pitch.
Depending on the season and availability, the Management reserves the right to accept, on an exceptional basis, bookings of less than 7 nights for accommodation only. For stays of up to 3 nights, a supplement of €40.00 will be applied.
Can I book accommodation if there are 6 people in my family?
The brick chalets can sleep up to 6 people and the Bella Vita home, royal home and cottage deluxe up to 7 people. To check the max. occupation for each type of accommodation, see the price list.
How much is the advance payment? Can I send another advance payment before arriving?
The advance payment is 40% of the total price for the accomodation and 30 % for the pitches (excluding booking fee) and can be paid by credit card on the Portofelice website, using the booking code, by bank transfer. You can send more than one advance payment before your arrival.
General Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policies Standard Rate-PENALTIES:
- 30% of the booking deposit if cancelled at least 15 days from the scheduled arrival date
- 100% of the booking deposit if the booking is cancelled less than 15 days from scheduled arrival or in case of NO-SHOW
- For stays of 3 nights or less, a supplement of € 40.00 will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booking must nevertheless be paid. Portofelice suggests guests take out holiday insurance .
Are there any other expenses required except the advance payment when I make the booking?
For all the bookings made, as well as the advance payment, there is a € 23 booking fee. For cancellations, this fee is not refunded.
How can I be sure that my booking has been confirmed?
The booking is only confirmed when Portofelice has received the advance payment.

Are small pets allowed onto the campsite?
Pets are not allowed at Portofelice.
Payments
How and when can I pay the balance?
The balance must be paid at the cash desk at the day of your arrival by cash (max. 4999,00 €), credit card/debit card or cheque.
Is there a cash point? Can I pay by credit card?
The cash point is next to the reception office. Payment can be made by debit and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bankamericard, Cartasi).
Accommodation
What types of accommodation are there on the campsite?
At Portofelice there are chalets, brick bungalows and mobile homes.
Are linen and cleaning included in the price of the accommodation?
Linen are available but towels are not included. They can be requested and charged for separately. Cleaning costs €60 and is charged upon arrival with the payment of the balance (they are already included in the quote).
Are the Cottage Deluxe, Royal Home, Bella Vita, Silver and Maxi fixed or mobile structures?
They all are mobile structures.
Do the Bungalows have two bedrooms?
The Bungalows have one double room and the other beds are in the living room.
Is there any accommodation for disabled guests? What is it like?
Two bungalows and six chalets are equipped for disabled people with special bathrooms and wider doors.
Are air conditioning, TV, microwave ovens and safe deposit boxes provided in all the accommodation?
No, the Flora Tent does not have air conditioning. All other accommodation, however, is equipped with a safe, air conditioning, a TV, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, kitchenware and crockery, mosquito nets and a veranda.
Is there a washing machine available in the accommodation?
The washing machines are only in the Chalet Paradiso – for other accommodation they are available to use in the toilet block.
What time are the arrivals and departures ?
The accommodation is available from 5.00 pm and must be left by 10.00 am.
It is possible for our guest to arrive from 07.30 am and to use all the service of the campsite while waiting for their accomodation to be ready.
Pitches
Which pitches can be booked?
The pitches that can be booked are in Eden area (from 1 to 70).
Can cars be parked on the pitch?
Cars must be parked in the special numbered car parks.
Can a tent and caravan be set up in the same pitch or do I have to book two pitches?
You can set up a tent and caravan/camper van on the same pitch only if there is enough space for both.
Can cars always be used during the day on the campsite?
Cars can only be used on the campsite from 7.30 am to 11.30 pm.
Can a wood barbecue be used?
No; within the village, only charcoal barbecues are permitted in the Chalets, Chalet Wilma and Paradiso, Bungalows, Bella Vita Home, Royal Home and Cottage Deluxe; in the rest of the campsite, only gas barbecues are permitted.
Pool – Beach
Is there a charge for beach umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach and at the swimming pool? Can they be booked in advance?
There is a charge for sun loungers and beach umbrellas and they can be requested from the life guards. Advance bookings are accepted online.
What are the opening times of the swimming pool? Are there any slides or hot tubs?
The swimming pools are open from 10:00 am until 7.00 pm (9.30 am until 7:30 pm in July and August). There are two water slides and two hot tubs available for guests to use with some age limits.
Are swimming caps compulsory in the pool?
Swimming caps are not required in the pool.
Can I take my beach umbrella/deck chair into the swimming pool? And onto the beach?
You cannot take your own deck chair/beach umbrella into the swimming pool, but they can be hired. There is a free area on the beach where you can set up your own equipment.
How far is the beach? Can I get to the beach by bike?
The beach is about 200 m away through a luxuriant pine forest. You can only get to the beach on foot.
Entertainment and sports
What sports can be played?
Tennis, football, basketball, volley ball, table tennis, fitness trail, boules, etc. can all be played at Portofelice.
Is there a charge for the entertainment activities?
All the activities offered by the entertainment team are free. The activities organized for the owner of the Exclusive Card have to be booked beforehand.
Which of the children’s games must be paid for?
There is a charge for mini karts, foam play areas, the games room and trampolines.
Services
Is there a doctor on the campsite? How far is the nearest hospital from the campsite?
The doctor is available every evening for one hour. Jesolo Lido Hospital is about 14 km away.
Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi coverage is available outdoors throughout the campsite. The Wi-Fi is free and can be used by all our guests without restriction.
Restaurant: Can half board and/or full board be agreed? How much do they cost?
Half board or full board can be asked only when you book. A 30% deposit is required in advance.
Are there any safe deposit boxes?
All the accommodation has its own safe deposit box. There are also safe deposit boxes in the information office.
Can bikes be hired? And what else?
Bicycles, fridges, rickshaws, etc. can be hired at Happy World Park, which also offers a small repair service.
Transports
Public transport: Where is the bus stop? Where can I get to?
The bus stop is opposite the campsite entrance. You can get to Caorle, Jesolo, San Donà di Piave and Venice by bus.
The bus lines to look for are 4 and 12.
Taxis: Can I book a taxi?
You can fill in the request form on the Portofelice website and book a taxi from the airport to the campsite. You can book for various journeys on site.
